The West Spa offers a variety of wellness classes ranging from Yoga to Boot Camp! These group wellness classes take place in our spacious Movement Studio, and the cost is $12 per class, plus applicable taxes and fees. Payment may be made at The West Spa prior to class. Meet Our Instructors
Anna Pishner Harsh
Meet Anna Pishner Harsh, one of our talented yoga instructors at The West Spa’s Movement Studio. Anna is a professional dancer and award-winning choreographer who holds a BA in Dance from Slippery Rock University and a MA in Communication from West Virginia University. She also holds a certification in STOTT PILATES and has instructed dance at West Virginia Northern and WV Governor’s School for the Arts. Her work has been featured in Dance Magazine, Danza Italia, and Dance Spirit Magazine. Anna enjoys traveling to Italy to research Italian culture and dance while visiting her family and friends. Catch Anna in action every Tuesday and Thursday at 9:00am for Vinyasa Flow Yoga.
Jessi is a professional Yoga instructor and practitioner of Thai Yoga Massage who has completed advanced training from Frog Lotus Yoga and Triple Gem School of Thai Massage. Jessi is trained in Envision, Restorative, Gentle, Power and Prenatal Yoga, and holds certifications in both Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. Jessi has instructed classes at Frog Lotus Yoga, Source Fitness and OV CrossFit, and she is the Founder of Wild Heart Yoga. Jessi is well-versed in guided meditations and pranayama, as well as anatomical cues, hands-on assists, multilevel modifications, adjustments and Sanskrit. Catch Jessi in action Wednesdays at 6:00pm for HIIT Yoga and Saturdays at 11:00am for Ballet Yoga Fusion.
